Financial advisor in Nice

Who We Are

OptiFi is a wealth management firm based in Nice, specializing in financial advisory and credit brokerage. Our headquarters has been located in Nice (Côte d’Azur) since 2016. We are backed by the HF&M Associés group, which allows us to provide comprehensive and customized solutions to our clients. The firm was founded by Gary Vigier, an Industrial Systems Engineer who later worked as a Sales-Trader in some of the world’s leading financial markets. OptiFi has inherited this technical DNA, putting advisory services at the center of our focus.

Expert in Financial Wealth Management

We offer our expertise in financial wealth management to help you build, structure, or restructure your assets, whether you are a tax resident in France or abroad. Our expertise covers all aspects of wealth and financial advisory services.

We primarily work with clients who have at least 300,000 euros to invest. This is the level where we can deploy our technical expertise and implement tailor-made strategies that go far beyond the offerings of a traditional bank.

When you contact us, we conduct a comprehensive audit of your financial and asset situation to define the best wealth and financial strategy for you. This analysis enables us to make necessary adjustments to your portfolio, which may include tax optimization, estate planning, selecting investment products, and assisting with project financing.

Our goal is to provide you with the best advice and highest level of service, leveraging our experience in financial investments and market expertise. OptiFi is here to help you:

  • Optimize your tax situation
  • Guide you in choosing investment options
  • Grow, enhance, and secure your wealth
  • Plan for your retirement
  • Organize the transfer of your assets in the best possible way

Our support methodology is backed by a range of technical tools, enabling us to present various scenarios for optimized wealth management.

Our Approche

A personalized approach to consulting

Our Methodology

Each financial and asset situation is unique, which is why we emphasize listening to and understanding your specific needs. Before making any recommendations, we conduct a comprehensive audit to assess your current situation and future projects. Based on this assessment, we provide tailored advice. Our technical expertise is applied at several levels of the process:

  • Financial engineering: analysis and recommendations on how to structure your assets to meet your goals.
  • Partner and product selection: once the structure is finalized, we select the most suitable partners and financial products (we aren’t afraid to dig deep into the details).
  • Continuous portfolio monitoring: ranging from basic compliance checks to ongoing and comprehensive optimization.

Clients choose their desired level of service. The quality of the relationship we establish with our clients, our sense of ethics, and confidentiality enable us to build the trust necessary for a long-term partnership. We invite you to check our Google page to see client reviews of our services.

Our Fees

Advisory Fees

Our advisory and brokerage services are billed as fees. We provide recommendations that you are free to implement on your own or through our services. To ensure quality service, a fixed fee will be defined based on the scope and complexity of the analysis. These fees are specified in the engagement letter, signed before any study, and are deducted from any entry fees if you decide to implement our recommendations through OptiFi.

Credit Brokerage

Brokerage fees are outlined in the financing mandate, which is signed before submitting any application to the bank. These fees are only due upon successful fund release.

Retrocessions

Our banking and financial partners (managers, insurers, etc.) may return part of their fees to us (entry fees, management fees, commissions). Financial Advisory: Retrocession of entry fees is compensation for the time spent selecting partners. We also pool our requests to negotiate preferential conditions (reduced fees, lower access thresholds, etc.). Retrocession of management fees ensures ongoing portfolio monitoring. Credit: For credit brokerage, we may receive a referral fee from the financial institution, which compensates for preparing the file and saving time for bank advisors. Details of our fees are available upon request.

Our Partner

HF&M Associés was established in 2008, initially as a mortgage broker, and quickly grew into a wealth management advisory firm. HF&M is an active partner of OptiFi, supporting its development.
